1) A forum member posts a funny picture here either diving or none diving related..
2) Other forum members post captions for this photo..they can be funny, sarcy or downright rude!
3) The member who posted the picture then decides which is the best caption and posts the winner.
4) The winner then posts a funny picture of there choice and it all kicks of again.
New Rule to keep this from grinding to a halt...
5) If the member who posted the last picture does not declare a winner within 7 days then the admin will declare a winner who then has 24 hours to post a picture otherwise the admin will post a new picture....
Lets see how long we can keep this going...I got the idea from another forum and their thread has been going for 3 years..it makes great fun reading!!
