It seems that Monarch airlines have joined forces with the Jordanian authorities in the "War Against Tourism" campaign that is being waged here everyday...

I traveler is allowed an extra allowance on his baggage when traveling to Egypt for diving but NOT if traveling to Jordan for diving!!

Maybe this is something the Aqaba Diving Association can work on if it ever gets formed!! Sad Again

Not quite getting this as we paid for extra luggage allowance in Oct & were told by showing diving certification could have extra 5kg for free. No problems then. Will be coming in March & will get the low down then.
