Marine Park Boundary project

ASEZA and AMP with Craig Bohm organising have basically given the go ahead for a project to remove all old boundary buoy lines from depth..and reinstate new boundary buoys with floats at 20m in case they get cut again in the future...

Blocks for the buoys will also be moved by our team to the correct depth - 70m. Currently the blocks have been place at 350m from the low water mark...this is OK but the boundary is actually 350m from the low water mark or 70m depth which ever is the greater distance..ergo blocks should be in 70m or deeper. Thus maximising the marine Park area. There will be 16-18 new buoys placed we will decided which of the 28 places these will be put to make it clear where the boundary lies.
