With our Course Director and other IDC staff you will gain valuable evalution practice, fine tune you demo and teaching skills in the classroom and the water. You can also get help in preparing your Course Director application to PADI and ideas for futures business plans.
They say that you don't really learn something well until you start to teach it. You will become a better instructor by completing this course, you will act as a co pilot to a course director along with other staff instructors plus ypu may also get to be a "student from hell." Now thats' good fun! We will teach you how to become invisible - you don't get that on many courses!
After this programme with our Course Director and Staff Instructors ypu will be able to apply for and teach at least 5 specialty courses. This adds variety to the courses you teach and allows you to pursue your own interests in diving while teaching. This prep course will take 5 days where you demonstrate your teaching abilities in different areas. You may also complete this course as part of our popular intership programme.
We are able to offer Specialty Instructor Training Courses in a number of areas. Applying for a Specialty Instructor rating in this way gives you hands-on training with a Course Directors, including skill practice, advice on how to run the course, and marketing hints.
Dive Aqaba proudly launches its 2019 Instructor Development Program for all those who wish to advance their diving career and knowledge.Candidates interested in participating will get to enjoy the full course with peers and at the end we will sign them up for assistant instructor even if they opt from the instructor exam later on.
If you love diving and wish to make it a full or part time activity, this is your first step on the ladder. The course is intensive and will require the right attitude and a lot of hard work. We will put you through your paces for at least nine days. On successful completion you will join the ranks of PADI and become one of the most sought after dive professionals.
