Clean Up Dives - Seven Sisters & Yellowstone Reef
Neptune tourist submarine and the Aqaba Marine park organised three underwater cleanups at Black Rock, Seven Sisters and Yellowstone Reef. Black Rock and Seven Sisters yielded the usual mass of platic cups, plastic bags, yoghurt cartons and aluminium drink cans as expected. Yellowstone reef required a more specialist team as it is covered in fishing line. The team on touched the tip of this on the fishing line problem many many more dives and man hours will be required to restore the reef to its pre-Tala Bay Marina beauty. of course enforcement on no fishing rules and education of new boat owners will be required for this to take effect.
