Ashraf Sulaibi

Ashraf is a founding member of Dive Aqaba. He started diving in 1996, and became a PADI Instructor in 1997, working with Rod at Seastar Watersports and managing the diving at their beach satelite Club Murjan. In 2000 he moved to Sharm el-Sheikh to manage New Waves Dive Centre, before moving on to work for the Red Sea College. He returned home in 2002 and worked with the Royal Diving Club and Aquamarina in Aqaba. In 2003, he started Dive Aqaba with Rod and Laila. he has certified over 1000 students to date and is well on the way to his Master Instructor rating. Ashraf is now living in Ireland with his wife Eimear and son Liam. He gets over to Aqaba whenever he can to help out with the business and have some fun in the sun. His brother Amjad is now organising the day to day operation of the dive centre.
