The Tec Basics course is designed to be a bridge from recreational courses to technical courses
providing recreational divers with the opportunity to gain exposure to tec diving without having to make a large time commitment (can be completed in two days). The Tec Basics dive scope is within recreational limits using segments from
Tec 40 which can then be credited towards this course. Completion of the Tec Basics course counts
towards the Black Belt of scuba diving
PADI Master Scuba Diver.
