About this dive site
A name given to the site years ago, because there was a site in Eilat called this and we did not have one. It is really a misnomer, because nothing here is rocks and stones: the place has amazing flora and fauna at shallow depths and is known as one of the prettiest areas in Aqaba.
It is a good dive for everyone, with hawksbill turtles, shoaling barracuda, shoals of sergeant majors and fusiliers, and wonderful coral formations. Technical divers diving the Taiyong enjoy their decompression stops here. Visit the site from the outer mooring buoy.
Best for: All levels, snorkellers
Type: Recreational
